Vivy Dang

Vivy Dang is an Associate in The Ward Firm and has experience in Construction and Business Litigation.  She has been involved with numerous high profile and complex litigation cases which have successfully been litigated.  She also has experience in toxic torts, environmental law and products liability cases. Vivy has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego with a double major in Linguistics and Law and Society.  Vivy attended the University of San Diego in her first year of law school, before transferring to Santa Clara University, School of Law, where she obtained her J.D.  Vivy graduated law school with numerous Awards and Academic Honors including CALI and Witkin Awards (highest grade in class) for Academic Achievement in the following subjects: Legal Research & Writing, Remedies, Business Planning and E-Discovery.  She also received an Award for Excellence in High Tech Law from Santa Clara University.      

Aside from the practice of law, Vivy enjoys traveling and music.
